6 WEEK TRAINING CAMP BUDDY WORKOUTS! Campers lets be honest training online sucks! and we are into the the final two weeks of 6 week training camp! so lets finish it strong together! The great news is under the current covid restriction regulations we as fitness trainers are allowed to train two clients at a time outdoors. So I have put a plan together for all campers to have the opportunity to book 30 min training camp workouts with a boxing buddy between the hours of 5:30-11am Mon-Sat (excluding Friday) at the Fern Bay tennis courts. Fern bay campers get first pick at Mon, Wed time slots and Steel river campers get first pick at the Tues & Thurs time slots, where you can book up to 3 sessions per week for the remainder of the camp. SESSION PLANNING STRUCTURE Arrive to your booked session 15min early so you can follow STATION 1 (whiteboard workout with buddy) 1. Pre-warmup dynamic stretches 2. Skipping drill 3. Shuttle run drill. STATION 2 - 30 MINS (with Matt) 1. Boxing combos 2. Tomata method 3. Body weight Ex's STATION 3 - 15 mins (whiteboard with workout buddy) 1. Core conditioning 2 Stretch cooldown FINISHED!! COVID-19 health & safety plan 1. Check in upon arrival via the fern bay community centre 2. Sanitize hands upon arrival/leaving 3. Wear a mask upon arrival and leaving the fern bay community centre 4. Maintain a 1.5m gap between each other at all times. Cost: NIL all inclusive of 6 WEEK CAMP
